* How much is carriage?
Carriage charges are applied depending on the value of your order and whether you are upgrading the standard service. We try to ensure you don't pay more for you carriage than is necessary, but some baskets can be heavy and most are bulky.
Our charges are as follows:
£3.99 for orders with a value up to £4.99 to one UK address (Royal Mail)
£4.99 for orders with a value between £5.00 and £14.99 to one UK address (Royal Mail)
£7.99 for orders with a value over £15.00 to one UK mainland address (Royal Mail)
£9.99 for any order upgraded to Next Day delivery (Courier next working day)
* How long for delivery?
DESPATCH:
We aim to despatch to you within 72 hours of your order being processed, but we do ask you to allow up to 7 days for delivery, especially at peak times. To take advantage of same day shipping for Next Working Day delivery, we need to have your order processed and paid for before 11am on day of despatch.
We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address given once your order leaves us. Once you receive this, you can expect your goods within 1-3 days if sent with Royal Mail, or the next working day if sent with Interlink Express. Please note: Next Day delivery is not available to remote and offshore locations.
DELIVERY:
Consignments sent with Interlink Express will need to be signed for. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday before 4pm by our courier to the shipping address given. If no one is in they will leave a card and you MUST contact them direct to arrange re-delivery. They will not leave goods with neighbours, therefore please ensure someone is usually available at the 'ship to' address you give.
